Clinical Research Career Accelerator for Life Science Graduates
Schedule
COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Clinical Research Career Accelerator for Life Science Graduates is a structured, two‑day programme designed to provide medical, pharmacy, and life science graduates with a clear and comprehensive understanding of the global clinical research sector. The course introduces participants to the operational, scientific, and regulatory foundations of clinical research, and explains how medicines progress from early development to approval and patient access.
The programme addresses a common misconception among graduates that their professional options are limited to clinical practice, academia, or traditional healthcare roles. It demonstrates that clinical research is an international, rapidly expanding field offering diverse career pathways across pharmaceutical companies, contract research organisations, biotechnology firms, and healthcare institutions.
Through a combination of expert instruction, practical exercises, and structured career planning, participants will learn how the industry operates, how different functions contribute to the clinical trial lifecycle, and how to identify roles that align with their skills, interests, and professional aspirations. The course concludes with the development of a personalised 30‑day action plan to support a confident and well‑informed transition into the sector.
